3nding: carnaccia: che ha inventato le penne lisce. ma a che cacchio servono se il sugo non si appiccica? Da sostenitore della pasta rigata devo però ammettere che per alcune ricette la pasta liscia serve. “La penna nasce liscia, la rigano dopo, per sottostare alle lobby delle mense e dei refettori, cosi sembra sempre al dente”
